This cheese actually tastes like cheese, not like oil like most spreadable cheese today. I tried this one with a baked potato. Let me tell you that I have never had a baked potato this good before. It melts and meshes with the potato forming a luscious concoction that you will devour. It is the perfect consistency on a hot potato. I also made some with potato skins to serve at my Super Bowl party. My guests said they were the best potato skins ever. This flavor was also perfection on burgers and simple pita crackers.
